Bujo – Code Lyoko

Am probably the last person to discover bujo art, but now that I have, I wanted to try.

Picked up some IKEA watercolour pencils and this is my first painting entry in my journal. Luckily the paper is thick and absorbed the water well enough.

Love this kid in Code Lyoko, she’s got the haircut that I’m always trying to achieve (and failing). My son says, “Well your hair doesn’t look the same because you don’t have a disproportionately massive head.” Haha. Nor pink hair.

  1. I join you in being one of the last people to discover bujo art. Love it! I hope you will share more of your bujo art journaling in the future.

    1. Oh wow do you do this Mylee?

      1. No I’d never heard of it until your post. A quick google and it looks amazing. I am actually the “proud” owner of several blank journals. The intention is there but no follow through as yet. Love your journal entry. Your sketch is amazing.

      2. Ah, blank journals… Bliss 👍
