Lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves

Mike’s going to make Thai green curry, so I can bring some to Miles when I visit him tomorrow 😊.

He sent me into the garden for lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves and bay leaves.

My lemon grass looks grown up now! No more thin baby ones.

I am looking for a good « this is how my Mum made it » Thai Recipe. If this is the one could you possibly share it???

    1. Mike shared this link with someone who asked what recipe he uses. I hope it works for you!
