Little Hands 2017 – Isaac

[Posting clips of my students performing lets them know I’m proud of them. Learning music – like learning most things – is a series of little steps, every step significant, and hopefully taken with a sense of pleasure and adventure.]

Isaac has mastered keeping his fingers down when he plays, no more fingers flying up when he presses one note down. Good for you Isaac  🙂

In our first lesson for 2017, we played a duet. This is from the John Thompson series “Teaching Little Fingers To Play”.

First he plays on his own.

Keeping the timing pretty tight! Just a pause to reach up for that B flat … 😉

Then we played together, but I couldn’t hold the camera. So it’s an audio post.

Well done Isaac!
